Carlisle has guilt issues, lol.
 (I'm not dead. Woo!  But yeah, my inbox is currently flooded. Anyone is free to shoot me a note if there's something you want me to see...)In the grand tradition (*cough* not really *cough cough*) of my four-panel comics, I bring you my first such comic in COLOR (ooh sexy) based on Stephenie Meyer's Twilight series. 'Cuz that's what I've been into lately.  As always, this started as an inside joke between me and my sister. I bought an Edward sweatshirt from TwilightTeez at a convention recently that says "bite me," and she bought the Carlisle shirt, which says "Smooth Operator". So I was wearing my sweatshirt ('cuz our house is cold, dang it) and she was wearing her t-shirt, and I said "Bite me, Smooth Operator." And she wuz all, "Already did." (lolz were had by all.) But then we got to thinking, and we decided that Carlisle would actually probably get upset if Edward said that to him, 'cuz he has such a guilt complex about changing him and all... Okay so it's a little OOC but it's funny and I like it, lol. So yeah. Long story.  Anyway. Some random notes about this, just for fun... -I'm not sure why I draw Edward's hair like that now. I think it because I like the somewhat combed-back version in the movies, but I can't help wanting to draw it down, too. This is a compromise, lol. It's kind of based off a hairstyle my sis came up with, waaaay back when we were first drawing anime. We thought it was cute and started using it on everything... -No, I didn't forget to draw Carlisle's face in the second panel, lol. -Edward looks so cute and emo in black turtlenecks. -You'll notice that Edward's eyes are red... That was a last-minute decision, but I thought it worked the best. So either he's a newborn or he just ate somebody; probably the latter judging by the slang and the clothes they're wearing. What's funny about that is that Carlisle is so calmly scolding him for it. "Bad Edward. It's not nice to eat people. Go to your room." -Yes, I used a reference for the crouching position, and yes, it was from Ouran.
